Competency Test!

The Competency Test is compulsory to the Bengers as a requirement to the course. For the test, everybody had to set up the theodolite and book the 'face left' reading within 15 mins. Some did quite well and some had a hard time to complete, mainly bcos of the pressure to finish the thingy within the given time. However, the ones that didnt get it the 1st time were given another chance towards the end and everybody managed to pass the test. This test is quite important in a way that speedy setting up is the key for the upcoming Survey Camp which will held in June after the exams.

CM lecture on Wednesday

Our SCP slot this week that is on Wednesday, 25th March, will be used for Construction Material's lecture. The reason is to compensate the lecture that we had missed last week. Hence, to any Beng 8 ppl who might be reading this post please inform the rest regarding this replacement.

Happy Birthday to Hai & Fakhron & Sybah

What a surprise for Hai & Fakhron... & Sybah (again...). Happy Birthday! They almost had pants dropping experience during lunchtime cos they obviously didnt expect it since everybody was playing oscar nomination actors & actresses, as if they were busy preparing slides for the presentation, among doing other stuffs. Thanks to the wonderful organizer(s) for their endless effort organizing such surprise.

Most of the group lunched out together afterwards & thanks to Hai & Fakhron for the treat. We couldve ate somewhere else if we knew bout that earlier... hehe. Some nice place with no 'wana-magnet' cats... hahaha... Anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS!

RE: Presentation Practice

As stated in previous post, the presentation is postponed due to the CIPTA thingy. However you guys can still come to the centre to practice or perhaps finishing the construction materials assignment which is due on Monday. Just for the record, internet is available for research purposes.

Presentation POSTPONED!

This is to inform that the presentation for Engineering Design which is supposed to be on Saturday 14th March, has to be postponed. The reason is due to some lecturers will be involved in the CIPTA Awards which will take place at the Empire Hotel(...if im not mistaken..). The new date for the presentation is yet to be confirmed. Any further notices will be informed as soon as possible.
